Service rating : Generally I have found your Company offers a v good service but I was disappointed by my last purchase.
Product : Some of the roses were disappointingly small not was expected as shown in the photograph and represented by the cost.

Service rating : Next day delivery good , communication great but not having a delivery time isn't :0(
Product : Was abit annoyed that they wasn't as described in picture and they turned up in a box rather than delivered as a bouquet , and the fact you don't get a delivery time I went round my mums and made sure she stayed in all day as they was a surprise just to make sure she got them , but other than that she was happy with them :0)

Service rating : Easy to order and quick transaction.Good response to my complaint about the flowers.Dealt with without an argument and offer of another product to money return i cannot fault.
Product : Sadly the flowers looked like they needed more care and attention when packed.Appeared somewhat squashed.The box was dented on arrival.The flowers looked like they had not seen light for some time.Petals falling off.My wife has tried some TLC
