beutiful fresh flowers excellent service

Service rating : excellent update on tracking and delivery to the door .
Product : I was not the one to who they were sent so having not seen the product and no feed back from the receiver I can't comment on the product.

The flowers were delivered a day late, however this was dealt with by customer services and I was refunded the money so all in all excellent, just need to keep to delivery dtes.

Service rating : I have used you 3 times and the service has always been excellent and the flowers reasonable value. I also like some of the more unusual bouquets (and so has my mum when she received them.) However the flowers that were sent to my nan last week were disappointing - see below. Despite this "good" rating for service and value I was really disappointed with my nan's flowers and will look for another florist next time.
Product : I ordered the Roses and Stocks bouquet for my nan's 92nd birthday and they arrived as requested on Wednesday 1st May. However when I went to visit my nan at the weekend (Sunday) they were already dead. She had kept them in a vase to show me but it was really embarrassing, it wasn't even as if they had started to wilt a bit, they were completely dead and looked terrible next to all the other lovely flowers she had received from other relatives. My nan wasn't complaining about it at all, she was so grateful to receive the flowers however this experience has put me off using Serenata flowers in the future. It's a shame because I live over 100 miles from all my family in Wales so I send flowers to various family members regularly.

Expensive for a piece of cardboard, but again, as I understand it, this is the point of romantic gestures. Actually I ordered the card by accident but could not work out how to delete it from order, so due to time constraint went ahead anyway. Again recipient seemed pleased.
