i said it was for an anniversary but did not request a card as i had sent a card by post so the £2.99p extra for the card was not necessary.

Service rating : Company provides fast turnaround, good packaging and well decorated flowers. At one time, the quality of flowers was excellent. However if there was a category for average I would rate it that way for reasons listed under reflection below. It's by a very close margin i selected overall ratings as good over poor, for lack of the average option.
Product : Some of the flowers died within a day of being put into water with the plant food. This is actually not the first time this has happened. I used to be a more regular customer until this happened previously and I stopped ordering. I thought I would give things a try again but this has happened again. Hopefully my second order for mothers day (already placed) won't be like this or I'll be asking for compensation. For the cost of the flowers this is unacceptable!

I didn't see them myself, but the recipient was thrilled with them and said that they were absolutely beautiful and so was the packaging!
