The way I was kept up to date about the delivery was great - knowing that the flowers had been received helpful.

Service rating : Notifications all good.
BUT flowers specifically requested to be left @ back door were left ~ the front door - why ??
Product : Product - in line with expectation

Service rating : good service, I was able to track my order and received an email to advise me they had been delivered.
Product : I did not see the flowers as they were a present to someone but she called me and was very pleased with them

Product : The bouquet was definitely not of the quality I expected. The flowers were not at their best - some brown around the edges and the 2 of the roses were past their best. I expected much much more from the photograph and the price (even though it was discounted it was still more expensive than an equivalent bouquet in a local supermarket). Very disappointed and won't use the company again. Sorry

Service rating : Delivery was good and arrived when it was expected.
Product : The blue hyacinths were so disproportionately short in relation to the rest of he bouquet that they ended having to be displayed in a separate vase. You don't expect to have to cut stems down when you receive a bouquet delivery. The flowers were ok, just not together in the bouquet as the website advertises.
