Service rating : Good, but would have preferred the 10% discount code for subsequent purchases, emailed to me.
Product : Bought Oriental Breeze and paid the extra £5 for the deluxe version. Majority of the flower heads were broken and were dead underneath. When unwrapped, looked even worse. Recipient not impressed. On another note, the delivery man rang the door bell and was already driving away by the time the door was answered!
