Product : we found serentaflowers on the internet we needed flower being delivered to a very close friend hew had just come out of hospital. The order process was very easy. They emailed to say they got the order when they would deliver. They emailed as the flower was in the van to be delivered and when they delivered the service was fantastic in this age it is nice to fine a company very giving very good service. And the flowers was very good we live 130 miles away thank you very much 10/10

Again, did not see the vase, but recipient was pleased that arrangement arrived as a package with the vase.
