Service rating : I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Sat 9th March, the flowers were delivered on 7th March. An e mail was sent to be explaining what had happened and a further lot of flowers would be delivered on the correct day. They sent e mails to update me once the flowers were delivered. Excellent communication. Things did go wrong (as things do from time to time) but I was happy as they let me know and tried to put things right.
Product : These flowers looked quite small when arrived in the box.
Once opened and placed in a vase produced a lovely display my mum was really please with them.

Lovely flowers order larger size tho as don't think would be enough in standard
