Service rating : Good communication in using my email and text to advise me where the product was and letting me know it had arrived and was with neighbour.
Product : My friend told me two days after the delivery that the bouquet was not good. Flowers had been crushed and the two remaining stocks bruised. I contacted Serenata who asked for a photo. Obviously my friend hadn't kept the crushed flowers. I replied to Serenata but have had no response from them. I will not use them again
