Product : The bunch of flowers my girlfriend received was significantly smaller than any I have ever sent anyone before. I didn't feel the picture captured the arrangement accurately at all. Also, when they arrived they were limp and some of the flower heads were broken. I am not the kind of person who tends to complain but these were very bad. Service rating : Bouquet delivered as requested, on the day promised..
Product : The lady concerned tells me effectively "a disappointing experience". The bouquet although of excellent appearance on the day of delivery (Monday), began to show signs of deterioration (black edges round flowers/foliage) by Wednesday, which got worse on Thursday, and will be binned first thing tomorrow (Saturday). Frankly, on this showing, i would not use your service again, and dissuade others from doing so. I am sorry that I am unable to be more positive (I would if I justifiably could), but am unable to do so in fairness either to the lady in question, yourselves, and potential clients. G P Smith.

Service rating : The lady was very happy with the flowers - I did not see them. The flowers were delivered rather late but it was Valentines day and they were delivered during the alloted hours.
Product : Sorry but I didn't see the flowers but the recipient was very happy

Service rating : I was not the received as I live overseas but I gather everything was just fine and the flowers were delivered quickly.
Product : The receiver seemed delighted with her flowers. I am sorry I cannot give you more information this time!

i thought it would have been more decorative not just purely more roses bit disappointing and i don't think i will use this service again sorry
