Service rating : I can only comment on the ease of placing my order, the wide range of flowers available, seemingly good value for money and how efficient the service seemed to be in terms of notifying me when the flowers left the building and when they were actually delivered. Unfortunately, my recipient wasn't in when they tried to deliver so I just hope she received them and that they were ok by the time she got home (but obviously this is no fault of Serenata flowers)...
Product : Unfortunately the flowers were sent in sympathy and as yet I've not heard back from my friend so I don't actually know what she thought of the bouquet - hence the 'not tried yet' rating. I'll give more feedback if/when she mentions them...

Service rating : Ordering & communications from company excellent
Product : Am hoping they were as good as picture, but havent had any feedback from recipient as yet as they were sent as sympathy flowers to a relative living a few hours away from us!

Service rating : Website easy to use. Pictures of flowers useful although sometimes the descriptions sound less than the pictures in terms of quantity.
Product : Very hard to comment on product as it was sent as a sympathy gift and I have not heard whether or not it was received and liked. I was slightly concerned when the delivery note said "left in secure location at property" when I had asked for it to be left on doorstep - I hope flowers not wilting somewhere!!

Service rating : Good variety of flowers and prices and nice to see something different from the generic pictures on many other sites. Had a problem with selecting a card. Mine were sympathy flowers so clicked on Sympathy, but did not like the cards and wanted to go back to the default. This proved impossible without aborting the order. There should be the option to change the card when reviewing the order.
