We live in a different country and wanted to make somebody special happy on Mother’s Day. With the help of SerenataFlowers the surprise was great and excellent :) Everything ran well and smoothly, our order was there on time though we’ve ordered just the day before.

I am not sure. How the sympathy card was or any thing. We did not ask the persons family’s. It is unfare for me to write the feedback. I believe that it must be nice; what we ordered and what you have delivered. We trusted your service. Thank you for delivering the flowers on time.

Service rating : I loved the regular updates so I knew exactly what was happening and when the flowers arrived! I also loved the upbeat way you have of communicating through your emails - it makes the customer feel important! I would definitely order from you again!Product : I can’t say too much about it as I didn’t see it and as it was a gift of sympathy I didn’t feel it was appropriate timing to ask too many questions about what the receiver thought of the product. I did receive an email saying that everything was lovely.

I had a problem with my delivery, I contacted them and straight away they sent out a new bunch. Customer service was absolutely spot on. I had a message from someone personally and dealt with it all the way. Love the free delivery and the seven days a week service

Very good value and good service. I have used Serenata Flowers in the past too and always been completely satisfied. I was sent a photo of the flowers when they arrived and they were lovely, just as I ordered.

I ordered flowers from overseas (Australia) to be delivered in the UK so always a bit of a risk. The flowers were delivered on time and were exactly what I ordered, so very happy.

There was a problem with the flowers not being accepted at the delivery address.When I contacted Serenata Flowers they were quick to respond and re delivery was arranged.
