Next day delivery was advertised if the purchase was made before midnight. I made the purchase two hours before midnight but was not presented with an option for next day delivery. I decided to go ahead with the purchase in order to make the midnight deadline with the intent of contacting customer service to change the delivery date. I did this and immediately contacted them but was advised that the delivery date could not be changed. I feel it was false advertising to promote next day delivery and then not to provide the option during purchase. Or even a resolution to the issue when contacted about it.
I have used Serenata in the past and was very happy with the service, however this time I felt somewhat let down - even after complaining to them. The delivery let the service down as this time it arrived after 17.00 and was missed by the intended recipient. Having complained it was explained it was in the terms & conditions - which was not pointed out until I completed and paid for my order to find it was an 8.00-20.00 delivery service. Had I known before and it been made clear, I would of chosen a timed delivery. I feel this was not portrayed well enough prior to payment.
When I last placed my order to 6heywood drive Luton I was worried that it would not arrive in time. It was my friend's birthday and I ordered it over a month ago. You usually let me know a few days before that my order was being prepared for dellivery but I hadn't heard. I shouldn't have worried. The order arrived on time. I was even informed when it had left the premises.
A Sunday delivery was a good alternative, given that the time period delivery service is not available for flowers required on a Monday. Perhaps that gap in the customer service offering can be improved for people who specifically need their flower order to come in a known period on a Monday?
I made a request regarding delivery of the flowers, unfortunately the response came after delivery was made. I understand that it would be difficult to respond in time when delivery is next day but then it probably shouldn't be offered as a service in that case.

I hope you are not going to pester me with unwanted spam like Interflora did. I will order flowers when it suits me--not at your bequest. Too much spam and I will move on again

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
