No idea. Every hamper I've bought is a gift and I'm not in the habit of scrutinising my friends and colleagues for feedback on my gift. It would feel a bit like asking them to tell me how thoughtful/generous I am.
All I can say is they've all been delivered on time... And then there's the usual never ending requests for feedback. I understand it's important but it may be more valuable to put a card in with the hamper and see if the recipient feels compelled to leave feedback.
the delivery report said they delivered to number 55a, as ordered.
But they actually delivered to number 57a.
I spent a few hours trying to track them down, but Yodel had closed by that time.
So had to wait till the next day.
But luckly people at 57a took the flowers round to the correct house in the end.
Service and communication from order placement to delivery was excellent. Although the messages always referred to flowers as opposed to wine. I just assumed that these information messages were default messages because the main business is flower based. Keep up the good work.
Chose serenata flowers to send to my sister in law after receiving a bouquet from my daughter the flowers lasted 3 weeks and the display beautiful. My daughter had organised the flowers on the Internet from Australia and they arrived on time

I particularly like the e-mails notifying me of the progress of my order. Being in Canada, with the order going to someone in the UK, this was important.
Great range. Great prices. Excellent communication.

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
