As the flowers were delivered to the recipient at work, I had no means of easily finding out if they had been delivered to the recipient herself. In the end I had to feret out information from several quarters in the institution in order to be assured that they had been delivered to the right person. It would have helped in cases of institutional delivery, to get the courier to report back as to the name of the person in the institution who signed the acknowledgement slip and his/her address in the institution. I know that delivery to someone working in a very large institution is not easy. As the flowers did arrive, I've marked the attempt as good.

My mother in law was very happy to receive such a well presented, beautiful bouquet. I was told how they had been properly looked after to arrive in such condition and contained all the things necessary to maintain their look.
