Wanted unusual flowers for my mum for mothers day as like me we get fed up of everything being pink and very girly. That's were I found serenataflowers helpful as they have everything for everyone. The flowers arrived and are stunning mum loved them for their colour and their oddness. They are still going and looking great will buy from them again
Flowers were delivered a day late - but when they arrived were beautiful, long lasting and loved by Mum! Excellent response from Serenata to my email regarding delivery - customer service was brilliant and I received a full refund too. Would definitely use again - and have recommended to my friends!
Excellent service from start to end. They send you updates and let you once oncectgey have been received. Only downside is that unless you buy an ecard for £2.99 the recepicant won't know who the flowers are from. Still excellent though.
Easy to order. Very good price. Ordered late in the evening & delivered the next day, as promised.
It is difficult wh en I haven't seen the flowers, but they were hugely appreciated, and I gather lasted for a long time.
Brilliant service with text updates received to complete the order and to confirm despatch and delivery. Communication was brilliant!
Delivered the next day as promised. Perfect service!
