The Peace Lily and birthday cake were sent to celebrate a 90th birthday. Because of her age and restricted ability she took the plant out of the box which was then thrown away. She was totally unaware that there was also a birthday cake in the box. Fortunately after emailing Serenata and their quick response she was able to retrieve the box and cake! She was simply delighted with the quality of the plant.I would most certainly recommend Serenata. I am 80 myself and really appreciate the friendly and helpful service I have received. Thank you
Excellent notification of delivery so I knew the flowers had arrived but as my friend wasn’t there she didn’t know a delivery had been made as no card had been left through her door.. would use again though
Can only comment on delivery since I never saw the bouquet, sent as it was to my ex when she moved into the house she purchased with her new partner. Ordered on a Sunday and delivered the following afternoon. Can't argue with that. Wide choice of blooms and useful add-ons. Would use again
