Service rating : Unfortunatly the original order was lost in transit and a second bouquet was sent in its place. THey were very good in making sure a delivery was sent on time, it was just unfortunate it didn’t match the original description. They were good with correspondence by email but I would have like to speak to someone in person. After all the problems I was still happy with the serivce I got and was appreciative of the 50% credit I received for having sent the wrong flowers. I would use them again.
Product : The bouquet was average but nothing spectacular, but I think my disspaointment was more to do with the fact that the original order I placed was for a rather exotic tropical bouquet and the one delivered was nothing of the sort. I realize that errors occur and was pleased with the way they handled the situation.
I ordered a vase with the assumption that the flowers would be placed in it and therefore the display would look even more beautiful but the vase was delivered as a separate item with the flowers which was embarrassing. it should be stated clearly if the size of the vase is too small for the flowers or if the vases are delivered as a separate item. I understand from the recipient that the flowers were beautiful.
Service rating : It could have been excellent if the delivery boy would have asked the receiver the appropriate time before leaving for the delivery. Though the receiver did not get the flowers in her hand but yes she did find a note stating where the flowers were kept which is appreciated. All in all a good experience just if the flowers were delivered in hand would have been really good. Will see next time if it gets delivered in the hand or not ...

Service rating : Web site is not so good but when I spoke to a rep the service was excellent. I do suggest making the telephone number more easy to find, I couldn’t find it, couldn’t complete the order on line and so gave up. I did respond to the email that followed my non-completion.
