The first basket white basket arrangement was not as described but the service I received was very good and a new arrangement was sent at no further cost of a different arrangent of pink cyclamen. Sadly either due to poor packaging or the delivery company, when my sister opened the box the plants where no longer in the basket . She replanted them and they appear to be ok. I couldn't fault the ladies in the customer services who did their very best but it was things out of their control.
I was so impressed with the service .i received an order confirmation instantly and a text. I then received the same to say they had been despatched and again when delivered .They were delivered exactly when i requested

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a B&B that my parents were staying at for their Anniversary. It was a very remote location but the flowers were delivered on time and apparently were beautiful - thank you!
I wanted these delivered on a specific date and selected this on the website but somehow it reverted to the default "immediately" without my noticing so the flowers were delivered ten days early. I think the website should be easier to use in this respect.
I've always received very prompt and efficient service from Serenata and the recipients of the gifts have always reported that the flowers are lovely.
