Service rating : The flowers i ordered were not delivered on time they were delivered two days late. How ever this was not an issue with Serenta flowers but with the courier. I called to enquire why they had not been sent and was informed that there was a problem with the delivery. The customer service rep kindly change my order to roses at no extra cost and sent 2 lots plus chocolates.

I have used Serenata a few times and on the first two occasions was very impressed. However on the last two occasions the level of communication regarding my order wained. I also ordered some flowers and when they arrived they were tiny! I will however, use Serenata again as everyone who has received their flowers from us have commented on how beautiful they were.
Service rating : The flowers I ordered arrived a week later and were dead. However when I rang up to advise them of this, the immediately offered a refund or a fresh bunch of flowers. I chose a fresh bunch of flowers which arrived the next day and were beautiful.

Flowers arrived on time, was told where & when they would be delivered. Very pleased with the company, I was told when the flowers where to be delived & then a message to say they had been delivered.
Service rating : Lovely flowers, shame the delivery person didn’t wait until the person answered the door to give them to her. Just knocked, left them on the floor and went away.
