Very pleased with the service and delivery
I ordered some flowers for a dear friend and asked them to be delivered to Ambulatory care unit Peterborough hospital on a certain date . The flowers
unfortunately never arrived at the given destination at the hospital and the intended recipient never received her flowers. I emailed Serenata flowers to inform them that the flowers had not arrived and they replied immediately and we're extremely sympathetic and apologetic. They assured me they would chase up the florist delivery company and findout were the flowers had gone.
The process took about two days ,but during this period Serenata flowers kept me constantly updated. They offered me a full refund or a new delivery. I appreciate mistakes happen and although I was upset at the time I felt that Serenata flowers were extremely understanding and helpful and they made every effort to resolve the problem . I would definitely use the company again and I would happily recommend them to others
I loved the whole experience of choosing the right flowers for the occasion from a tremendous selection; getting a clear and accurate statement of the cost, enjoyed the simple form filling that was all that was required to place the order.Then I was delighted with the swift service and the excellent response from the recipient. I did not figure out how to add a message to the order. I did not want to buy a card or any of the extras, but for some reason I missed the chance to add a message. I did try to go back and edit the order once I had paid but that became difficult too so I gave up.
However, the flowers are great. Seems some of them are still in good shape two weeks later.
never had anythink but excellent flowers, however i cannot get loyalty discounts because i can no longer get onto their site it does not recognise my email or password cannot get a password as they say my account does not exist

I ordered flowers to be sent to Christine Hipwell and family on the death of my cousin Keith Hipwell. As this purchase was made from New Zealand it was comforting to be kept informed as to when the flowers left for delivery and when delivery was made. My family said that the flowers were beautiful.
I liked the fact that I was kept in touch all the time about the delivery details so I knew that the flowers had arrived on the due date.
I did not see the flowers but the relative who received them said they were beautiful.
