I have used this company a few times and although I haven't seen the product myself they have always sent a photo and are always very pleased. The delivery has always been on the date requested and I've never had to follow up. Lovely flowers and great service. That's what I paid for and that's what I got. They are good value too.
Delivered on time. Kept informed of delivery etc. First class service
I have always found Serenata flowers to be excllent. However, on this occasion I did not get the usual reassuring texts saying the flowers had left the building or had been delivered. I was on the verge of buying flowers as I thought there had been a mistake. Why has it changed (this e-mail came in junk too which is not good !)
All good but less personal than it used to be
Kept up to speed with what was happening and delivered on date requested.
I've used the Serenata company several times now and been delighted with the service from start to finish.
Excellent value for money, great service with regular delivery updates.
Melrose is a civil parish and a small town located in the Scottish Borders historically known as Roxburghshire. Melrose is bordered by the small villages of Gattonside, Bowden, Darnick, Lillesleaf, and Newstead. It is the residence of Melrose Abbey, the exuberant monastic ruins of Great Britain, re-established for the Cistercian order by David I in the first half of the 12th century. Appreciate the grandeur architecture of the abbey church while stepping inside the Chapter House, where the heart of King Robert of Scotland is buried. To admire the ornate collection of medieval artifacts discovered in the Abbey, be sure to visit the Commendator’s House. The town takes its older name ‘Melrose,' from the words Mull or Moel and Ross of Gaelic language meaning ‘bare’ and ‘promontory’ respectively. In the medieval times, the name mentioned the location of the town on a peninsula formed by the River Tweed, which was a barren place in ancient times. Home to the picturesque Eildon Hills and Abbotsford, this town is a traveler’s delight. Not many people know that the game of Rugby originated in Melrose. Several Rugby champions including Craig Chalmers, Keith Robertson, and Jim Telfer are from here.
This ancient town is famous for its week-long Melrose Festival that takes place in June. What would be better than welcoming your guests during this period with some fresh flowers? Flowers will act as the best decoration to create the perfect ambiance for your guests when they visit you during Melrose Sevens (the side rugby tournament), come back after a long tiring day spent at the Riverside Rock Music festival or just want to relax after a day at the renowned Wynd Theatre in Melrose.
