This was ordered for my sister, who was ill. She phoned to say that the flowers were 'wonderful ' beautiful selection with lots of colour. Thank you. I ordered the flowers by phone --not Internet ---The only negative comment is that I chose not to include a card with the order and when she received them, there was no information to say who had sent them other !!!! If I had been informed of this, I would obviously have included one I feel this should be inclusive in the order ( which was so from other similar companies ) or explained to me. Other than that comment, I was very satisfied and will certainly use your service again.
It was a reasonable deal, but sadly I don't think as a customer, we get a true idea of general size. My main gripe was the limited choices of card to send with it. I ended up not sending one at all.I nearly spoiled the surprise as I was sending them to my girlfriend by asking if she had received anything & the flowers didn't arrive.
If using the text service, although useful to know its on its way is one thing, knowing they were delivered would be helpful too..
They did what they said they would and, most importantly, told me that the flowers had been delivered. This is the third time I have used them which probably tells you all you need to know. I wouldn't have used them again if they hadn't been up to scratch

A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
