Service rating : The support I received after my order was not as it should have been was fantastic, prompt, informative, helpful, polite, but in this case - just no messing about, no quibbles, just dealt with my issue in a professional and effective manner. My confidence in the company was restored after this service and I really appreciate the help of those involved. I will use Serenata again for my next order. Product : This is an unfortunately review as a previous bouquet (albeit different) was absolutely stunning and exceeded my every expectation - it was actually the primary reason for using Serenata again. Unfortunately the Valentines delivery of this product was nothing like that experience. I felt the roses I received could have easily have been matched in quality by one of the large super markets, yet with out the price tag. Having said that, Serenata responded to my raised support ticket within the hour. After a brief exchange and providing them with a photo of what I received and a photo of what had been advertised I was offered the choice of having the bouquet resent, or a full refund. Under the circumstances I feel that Serenata did everything they could at that stage to rectify the problem for me, they were honest, appologetic, and prompt in their response and resolution. Because of this outcome my confidence in them as a company was restored and I do feel that I would order from them again even with this experience on this occasion.
Service rating : Website, ease of use and prices very good Product : Roses were beautiful however hardly any gyp - certainly not like image displayed which influence my choice. Could have just ordered roses for less. Expensive gyp!

The flowers lasted for ages, and they looked amazing. will definitely return in the future!!!

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for same-day orders.

In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
