Service rating : I have use serenata flowers a few times now. I am really pleased with the service, it’s quick and efficient and really handy with ordering the day before. I also like the emails that keep you updated where your flowers are and when it’s confirmed the delivery. Product : The previous flowers I have ordered have been great. But I hate to say that this bunch let me down. It did not appear like the picture and it seemed that the roses were beginning to wither, I also thought the arrangement of the rose colours was not attractive, it just seemed bunched to each colour rather than arranged nicely. But the flowers I’ve had before have been amazing.
Slight niggle- I had asked for the flowers to be left around the back of the house but they weren't: They were left by the hedge in the front garden. Fortunately the flowers were received, but please can you make it obvious on the package any delivery requests. In no way am I blaming you for a delivery error.
I do love using your service however, the quality of your product is exceptional, thank you!

This was most important of all: my friend loved her birthday roses, she said they were stunning and judging from the pictures she posted on Facebook, they really were. They were left on her doorstep as per my instructions, and the big protective box ensured they were in a perfect state. So not only was the ordering process very efficient, the actual product was everything it was supposed to be. Full marks!

Service rating : I didn’t actually see the flowers so I don’t know for absolute sure but they seemed to have gone down really well. Flowers from Serenata I received before are the reason I used the company myself. As the sender, I enjoyed all the feedback telling me how delivery etc was progessing. Product : Again - I didn’t seem so can’t comment accurately but they seemed to go down well.

The only think I found puzzling was using a password....just once...I didn't really understand that....but I can't remember how I got around it!!! It was when I went to the 'pay' part and I had to put in a passw or code or something (not the no. to do with my visa ie on the back of it - not that) thanks.
I was somewhat disappointed in the flowers. Although Serenata state in their care instructions that the outer petals are left on to protect the flowers and should be removed, the bouquet I received was decidedly worse for wear. Despite following said instructions, cutting stems, removing low hanging leaves and using the flower food, they barely lasted a week.

I loved the timing and style of your emails, delivery was on time, mum thought the packaging and the quality of the flowers were great too. Product : Opened up to beautiful large blooms ,lasted well too
Flowers arrived in first class condition, and they follow any extra instructions to the letter in regards to the delivery, but the flowers themselves lasted for 10 days before they started wilting and took another 5 days before they needed to be put in the waste

Service rating : Have used them twice and all good Product : The first bunch my mum received were nearly dead with brown petals,
. So informed them but I must say that they were very quick to email back and my mum received another bunch within the week, which were lovely.
Roses were nice but the presentation was a little disappointing in brown paper and the colours and sizes were not quite as per the photo on line but I guess that is always an issue with flowers

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for same-day orders.

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.

A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
