Service rating : Arrived very late in the day although text told me they had left depot at 9.30am Product : I was very disappointed in the flowers. Only a few of the flowers were actually open and obviously you want a good show when they arrive. They were for my son and daughter in law’s fourth anniversary and as I say I was disappointed in them.
Service rating : I ordered a ’summer holiday’ bouquet of flowers for my mothers’s birthday. The communication from Seranata was excellent from confirming my order request to despatch details and, even letting me know that they had been delivered. Thank you very much. Service rating : The flowers were delivered around 8 pm which in itself was not a problem but having spoken to my friend (the recipient) the flowers were wilting and not at their best, which was disappointing....a response would be appreciated to explain how qulaity is maintained later in the day, thank you Laura Product : See above

Product : I didn’t see the flowers myself as they were delivered to a friend but I was told that they were absolutely beautiful.

I almost gave u an XLNT but I would have liked to have known from which florist and from which branch the flowers were delivered .
However, my sister ( the recipient ) was delighted and that is what counts. I wasn’t even aware of an Interflora alternative until now. Your prices are also very competitive. Top marks !

Hotel was very nice, but there was no holiday atmosphere. Luckily we only booked one evening meal as it was very poor. As the breakfasts were very good we were disappointed. This meant we had to go out every evening which we had not intended to do.

As usual, received excellent service. One small caveat: the deliverer could have waited a tad longer for recipient to answer the doorbell.
If busy people take the time to rate the service, can't see why the survey firm makes it compulsory to leave a comment!
First class service. had difficulty in finding my way round the web page (senility) but was guided by the person on the other side of the screen. I am told by the recipient that the flowers were lovely. So all in all very satisfied thank you.

Service rating : Efficient... Product : Serenata flowers are usually excellent, but this particular delivery arrived with box badly damaged. Consequently, several flowers were broken off, and a number of stems were broken.

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for same-day orders.

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.

A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
