The flowers were left at theright adress but no one was in. As far as I know the neighbours weren't asked to take the flowers. In a case like this I suggest the sender should be contacted to be given the information then it is their decision what to do.
I called my daughter to ask if she liked the flowers but she had decided onot to go home but was able to contact a neighbour who found the bouquet tucked away in the front garden so looked after them until my daughter went home the next day.
I was in the U.K. Visiting from Canada. Needed to buy flowers for one of my relatives after I had a visit with them. Since I'm not from the U.K. I just searched online for a reputable floral company and found great reviews for Serenata Flowers. The order process was straight forward, I was informed by email when my flowers went out and when they were successfully sent. Seamless. Very pleased.

As I live in Spain and needed to send flowers to my brother who has been very ill, I was a little nervous about using a local florist direct rather than through Interflora. I have been disappointed with their previous product and decided to give Serenata a go. I was not disappointed this time! Beautiful bouquet of flowers sent exactly when they said and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Not overly happy with my choice because some of the heads of the flowers had fallen before my 90 year old Aunt had opened the package so she was a little disappointed too.

Excellent service and kept up to date with progress of order by email/text. Also reasonable prices and I got free delivery. I would definitely order again.

I am a first time customer and will def use Serenata again. Flowers were lovely and lasted really well. I liked the quirky email updates about delivery - it made the experience very personal.
I did not see the flowers, as they were delivered to someone who lives a long distance from me. However, they were delivered on time and she was very pleased with them, hence, I have rated them as excellent.
Really easy to order, good choice of flowers. Regular updates for delivery is a really good idea, gives confidence the flowers will arrive as expected.... Well done & thanks.

Q. Why are your flowers fresher?
A. Instead of lounging about for days in the back of the floral-equivalent of a cross-channel tour bus that crawls to all the florist shops across the UK, Serenata’s supermodel flowers travel in style and in double-quick time.
Q. How are the flowers packaged?
A. Very comfortably, very securely, and very elegantly.
Q. Do the flowers come in a vase?
A. Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Special extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so fancy.
Q. Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?
A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
