Service rating : I was disappointed that when ordering two of the same bouquets for two different people the website did not allow me to, so i had to buy each bouquet separately, which was frustrating and took me a while to do. Also as i am aware that an email is submitted when the delivery has been made i was a little concerned that the flowers had not arrived as planned on the Saturday because i did not receive notification until the following day. I tried calling for confirmation on Saturday evening, but initially the call was engaged and later on the phone did not connect. Aside for the uncertainty when i got the email the following day i was pleased the flowers were delivered as planned and they had the desired effect. Product : Flowers were considered lovely by the recipient.

Initially poor because an error was made on the order (truffles were sent to another recipient). This wouldn’t warrant a poor rating in itself but the customer service rep who responded to my request to check/rectify the order was frustrating to say the least - he kept giving one line responses (first confirming that yes they were sent to the wrong person and then that I had indeed asked for them to go to this person but I had to send about four emails before he actually answered my initial question about what could be done! He then got the response wrong! However, another customer service rep subsequently sorted out his mess and both myself and the recipients ended up happy!

A complaint about the delivery service, however: after giving the sender’s and recipient’s telephone numbers as requested on the website, the delivery was left on the doorstep while the recipient was still on her way downstairs to answer the door. If the recipient wasn’t able to answer the door as quickly, or had popped out for a while, the flowers would likely have dissappeared from the doorstep. If telephone numbers aren’t being used in these circumstances, why are they requested? Product : Beautiful flowers well presented.
Ordered through a very easy to use website and kept informed every step of the way . Thank-you is not enough ,flowers were sent to a extremely difficult hard to reach location in the middle of nowhere , which no other company would deliver to , flowers arrived on time and fresh at a very very busy time of year (day before mothers day),received an email to say they had been delivered, recipient was over the moon with them , flowers are still going strong nearly 2wks later , would highly recomend and will be using this company for all future orders.

Service rating : Your service was good but your roses are poor only lasted 2days . We had some from a suppermarket that lasted 2weeks so not happy Put off buying again disappointing for reciprocate . Product : They seemed a slightly better quality but again your roses are poor . As said above bought 2 lots of flowers thinking they would be brilliant but lots of leaves not many flowers . I wish I could be positive .

Service rating : The flowers were delivered on the correct day Product : The flowers I bought for my mother in law, delivered on the Sat were half dead by the Monday. But after she complained she was given the option to choose another bunch of flowers. Had this not of been an option I would of not used this company again..
Service rating : The elderly lady for whom I bought the flowers was delighted with the quality of her bouquet. Product : I did not see the flowers myself but the friend’s family said that they were impressed with the beautiful flowers and with the condition of the arrangement when it was delivered.

I am not totally computer literate so it was a relief to me that the ordering process was so easy. Product : Sometimes saying it with flowers says it better!!! I did not see the flowers I ordered but was assured they were beautiful.

Definitely the website needs updating particularly for returning customers. Hugely frustrating re-entering details each time. Also it’s great that a discount is offered - it would be great though if the voucher numbers were just assigned to customer with a time limit - just a thought
Service rating : The flowers were nice and arrived on time etc. btu they arrived in a box. Part of the reason for sending flowers to a girl’s place of work is to embarass her a little bit, and so that she can show off a bit. Their being in a box detracted from that somewhat. Product : They’re lovely.

All international deliveries are passed to a relay network who then pass orders onto local florists.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during peak periods, deliveries may be made until 8pm.

A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
