Service rating : The flowers arrived when you said the only thing I would like to point out was the delivery person left them on the front step but didn’t ring the bell or knock the door. Luck would have it my grandson saw the van pulling away Product : My daughter loved them as much has I had the ones she sent for Mother’s Day. We liked the thoughtful way they were packed. No chance of them getting crushed. We both had a giggle at the card telling how to treat them. Thanks again
The flowers were lovely but were delivered to the wrong address, the info said they had been delivered in the afternoon - my brother was in all the time and my sister in law said they were not there when she got in from work which is when she should have had them. In the end she was told they had been sent as they were not there in the early evening and I was about to chase this up- a shame as the surprise of being sent flowers was spoilt

Delivery was appalling - flowers arrived on the day of delivery but were left behind the garage rather than on the doorstep as requested but no card was put through the door so it wasn't until days later that the flowers were found. Following days of heavy rain, the box was destroyed so it is lucky the flowers were not ruined.
On this occasion, the flowers were left by the courier outside the property without knocking. By the time I received the 'delivery of flowers' text message and spoke to the recipient, it was too late for an elderly 80+ year old to go outside to locate her birthday treat. I was very disappointed with the outcome and so was the birthday lady!
A lovely bouquet for this very special day. My Aunt has been looking up the flowers as a few unusual ones. They arrived on Thursday and when I spoke with her on Sunday morning they were still looking great, infact as the roses were opening they showed edges of pink tinge which they found facsinating.
Love the website and the flowers are (apparently) lovely but the courier sent a text to say they had left them around the back of the property so I rang the recipient to tell her they were there but she has been handed them by the courier so that was a bit awkward!
My friend said the flowers were beautiful and lasted for ages, she was so impressed she then ordered her flowers from you to send to somebody else (rather than her usual florist) will definitely recommend and use again,,thanks
I am told the flowers were very nice, but was disappointed they arrived so late, day almost over.
By the way, I got very confused when told by serenata that my wines had left the building, what wine I ordered flowers!!!!

I'm assuming the flowers were lovely, but as I had them sent to a friend and didn't actually see them, it's difficult to say. The photo on the website looked good, so I'm writing this review based on that.
When they arrived the flowers were good but did not match expectations from the image on the website - always better to under-promise and over-deliver in service.
I only saw a photo of the flowers, so I couldn't see how big a bouquet they were, but they did look very nice, and my friend was very pleased with them.

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for same-day orders.
We do not guarantee to be able to follow delivery instructions.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.

A. Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Special extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so fancy.
Q. Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?
A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
