Service rating : used serenata before and was pleasently surprised, so thought i would use again. Product : very disappointed with them, they looked withered and sad. i was with the person who i sent them too when they arrived and i was quite embarrassed. plus the text on the card was tiny and took up a very small section of the card. it looked like it was done on the pc during someones coffee break. the next time i want to send flowers i will probably shop around.
I have used Serenata many times and on the whole received good feedback from the recipients. They have been pleased with the flower arrangements and the quality of the product. On one occasion I had reason to complain as the flowers had been delivered 2 days late and weren’t up to standard. Sadly my dear Aunty was reticent to tell me however, I spoke with Serenata there was no quibbling they refunded me straight away, which in turn means I will continue to use their service.

My elderly brother has recently been very ill and his neighbour has been wonderfully supportive and helped his wife during his hospital stay. As I live in Spain I wanted to show my appreciation for her help and care. Serenata lived up to everything they offered on the website and the flowers sent were beautiful and arrived just when Serenata said they would. Will definitely use them again.
Recipient loved the flowers, however I did not visit this person at home until 2 1/2 weeks later, so imagine my surprise when I went around and the bouquet was still blooming beautifully as though they had been purchased just a day or two previous. More than happy with flowers and will definitely use this service again, especially when the quality of flowers was so good at such a brilliant price.

Service rating : Good communication, delivery as promised. Just had some problems with the website which does not like our address abroad Product : I was very disappointed with the flowers. They looked no nicer than a bunch from a local petrol station and looked nothing like the picture. Normally I don’t see the flowers I send but on this occasion I was unexpectedly present when they arrived Very disappointing.

Could have used technology to update the person who has booked the flowers.
Vague & unclear message raise anxiety which isn't good to offer when we are touching feeling & emotions of people.
The flowers were beautiful and the service was excellent. The receipient said the flowers were absolutley georgeous. I would definatley use this service again and also recomend Serenata Flowers.
I had some issues originally (flowers had been delivered completely ruined) but I contacted them and they replaced them immediately free of charge and there customer service was great about the whole situation.

Next day gift delivery
All next-day courier delivered gifts are dispatched from our central production facility.
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 8pm. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 9pm.

International flower delivery
All international deliveries are passed to a relay network who then pass orders onto local florists.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for international orders.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during peak periods, deliveries may be made until 8pm.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.

A. Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Special extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so fancy.
Q. Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?
A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
