A bit disappointed that you do not cover AB42 postcode as I wanted to order for my mother-in-law also.It would have been beneficial to advise clearly that you don’t cover this area as I had to contact your live support to query this as each time I tried to submit an order I rec’d a message stating that the delivery date was not avaialble, rather than just simply stating that you don’t deliver to this postcode. This meant that by the time you answered my query I had less time to try and find another website to order the other flowers from. otherwise very happy Product : I haven’t seen the flowers but my Mum says that they are absolutely gorgeous and enough to fill 3 vases. Service rating : Delivered on time. Great service. Serenata website states that flowers can be left on the doorstep and you can select this option. However the courier told me that he was not allowed to do this. Luckily we were in at the time of delivery but I had selected this option just in case we were not in. The website shouldn’t provide this as an option if the couriers are not allowed to do it. Product : The lillies lasted ages but the roses only lasted 2 days. The presentation of the bunch overall was gorgeous

I also absolutely loved the email sign off: "yours in flowers". I would definately recommend them to anyone and use them again. Product : The flowers were of good quality and in excellent condition. The lillies hadn’t quite opened yet and so they will last for a good long time. Cannot rate this company highly enough.
Service rating : Arrived on the day requested and within quoted delivery window Product : Whilst the flowers are in good condition,i dont feel that the bunch i received is particularly good value,especially as i had ordered them larger than the standard size.i also dont feel they represent the picture of the bunch on the site particularly accurately.i ordered 3 bunches in all,spending around £70 an i think the madonna i receive was nowhere near as good a standard or value as the other two

This was ordered in error, and when contacted for a refund, the customer service agent took over 18 hours to reply (despite the website stating 2 hours), by which time the flowers/card had been delivered so Serenata would not offer a refund on the card. Altogether much too slow in correspondence with an unsatisfactory result.
The flowers were delivwered damaged, I presume due to rough handling by teh delivery man who left on dropping them on teh doorstep. Sentanta were excellent in dealing with the situation. Although my wife was dissapointed on opening we will certainly use Sentanta again.
I never got to see the flowers but have been told they were absolutely beautiful and lasted for two weeks. Overall I am very impressed with Seranata and will use them again. In the meantime I would not hesitate to recommend them very highly.

All international deliveries are passed to a relay network who then pass orders onto local florists.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during peak periods, deliveries may be made until 8pm.

A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
