Some of the flowers have shrivelled up and not bloomed which is very disappointing. Others have blossomed nicely. My grandmother was quite upset that some of them have not come out. This is not the usual service we receive from Serenata. To update, after contacting Serenata they responded quickly (as always) and are organising a replacement bouquet. Serenata are exceptional in delivering customer support and they will continue to be my go-to for flower deliveries.

The flowers were beautiful according to my grandmother. My only problem was that I did not see an option to deliver at a specific time so they arrived very late on her birthday. But I have used them before and will use them again and I would recommend to friends.
