Product : I ordered the Bonfire bouquet from the Autumn flowers range, this was as a cheering gift for a friend who has had some troubles lately.
She was delighted with the flowers and they certainly had the desired effect.

I sent an email to Serenata on Wednesday last, telling them that the tulips delivered on the Monday last were not the freshest as some had had to been thrown away on that day, Wednesday. I would have thought they should have lasted a lot longer. And re the email I sent to them on Wednesday last, I have had heard nothing back as yet from Serenata Flowers.
Product : Flowers when they were delivered, I was telephoned by recipient to tell me that sadly they were not the freshest of flowers. So, disappointing on that front.

Product : Flowers were not in water and tissue around stems was dry.
Stems are already yellowed and some flowers have dropped and the bouquet is only 2 days old!
The deluxe was not one display arrangement but the basic arrangemet with an extra small bunch of flowers added - no extra greenery to add to the main bunch.These were bought to last over Christmas but I doubt they will look their best by Wednesday
Service rating : Communication was good and I was informed when the flowers left the head office but then I did not get a confirmation when they were actually delivered.
Product : The flowers were not of the best quality. It was my aunt’s birthday on Wednesday and when I saw her on Saturday of the same week, the flowers, specially the roses had died and the lilies were drooping.
I needed to change the delivery address at the last moment. I think it was for my first order delivered last Wednesday. I couldn't find a phone number and sent about 5 messages from their website, as I didn't get any acknowledgement. In the end, the flowers did arrive at the correct address but it would have been good to know that my message had been received.
Service rating : I requested delivery on Wednesday 23rd April but they were delivered on 22nd. It was OK as the recipient was there to get them. If I had been,sending them for a birthday or anniversary I would have wanted them delivered on the date specified

Trying to get flowers to our mum in Penzance for Mother's Day at short notice (my other half suddenly asked me to organise on the Friday!), this florist had a lovely bouquet at a good price and seemed to be the only florist that would deliver on the day, all others we looked at were the Tuesday or Wednesday after!
