The online system overall is good. Wishing to send flowers to 2 different addresses requires 2 separate orders. Still easily done. Flowers 98% of the time have been excellent but on a few occasions they have not lasted long. Delivery also hits around 98% with them being on time. And correctly delivered with very polite driving team. Sadly on just a couple of occasions delivery was late. So all in all serenata flowers gets the big thumbs up from me and is why I always use them

Excellent service. I ordered Friday afternoon and my friend received the flowers early Saturday morning, before 10.00 a.m. I was pleased with the choice, price and free delivery. I shall use them again.
