I have ticked 'Good' as I am sure the card was fine but I would have preferred to be able to include a message with the flowers without having to buy a card as I had already sent a birthday card in the post.

Service rating : I appreciated the information tracking my order and letting me know it arrived on time and safely. It's particularly important for the flowers to arrive on time as I live a long way and do not see my mum and dad often at all. The last flowers by post company delivered late and missed a prticularly important event. So I was really pleased to have the informationabout my order. Thank you.

Service rating : I was slightly disappointed, the flowers did not look like the picture from the website that I purchased. However, my friend that was pleased with them. Also, purchasing that the flowers online from overseas was very difficult. The website did not recognize the United States postal code or telephone number. I needed much
assistance from employees.

Service rating : Serenata flowers are a good company for communication and you are always aware of where your delivery is. However, there is an option online to pay 4.99 for flowers to be delivered by noon. Fair enough it was Valentines day, however if all flowers are to be delivered from 8-8 that day, there is no need for the extra cost for postage.

Initially When I used the post code finder it said you couldn't deliver but when I entered it in manually it worked which was quite annoying

A: Absolutely! We box your flowers them at the very last minute, so they're seldom in the dark for long. The stems are carefully packaged in a soothing, eco-friendly hydrogel that keeps the flowers fresh and hydrated, and our sturdy recycled cardboard packaging is specially designed to let in fresh air while keeping your precious cargo protected.
Q: How long does it take to send flowers by post?
A: It depends when you place your order. We have an 4pm cut-off time for postal next-day delivery, and 8pm for courier - and if you order in time, we promise to have them delivered by 6pm the following day. You can also specify a timed delivery (morning, evening, skipping the school run) or choose from our range of same-day delivery flowers (but you'll need to be quick, cut-off time is 2p.m.)

Prolonging the life of your cut flowers begins the moment they’re entrusted to your care. First off, make sure your vase is very clean and filled with fresh, lukewarm water mixed with flower nutrients. Next, strip off all leaves that will be below the water level of the vase and cut 2cm off all stems at a slight angle. Place the flowers in the vase, away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit. Over the following days, be sure to remove any faded flowers and top up the water regularly.
