When the flowers arrived, the box had been bashed and ripped, no card inside and the flowers were not good. I contacted Serenata who dealt with the matter promptly. New flowers and a card were delivered the next day. Well done Serenata for great customer service.

The flowers were beautiful, although the original order is still sitting in Evri's depot 5 days after they received it for some unknown reason. When I complained to Serenata, they replaced the order immediately and it was delivered within 2 days as promised. Great customer service.
