Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 8pm, although during particularly busy periods they may arrive between 7am and 9pm.
If you need guaranteed delivery, please choose our Premium Delivery service. While over 95% of our standard deliveries arrive on your selected date, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with our free standard delivery service.
If the recipient is unavailable, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place or follow any delivery instructions where possible.

Our Small bouquets are carefully packaged to fit through the letterbox, while our Medium and Large bouquets are delivered hand-tied for an extra-special presentation.
