Deliveries usually arrive between 8am and 8pm, although during particularly busy periods they may arrive between 7am and 9pm.

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the flowers in a safe place or follow delivery instructions where possible.

You’ll receive email updates when your flowers are dispatched and once they’ve been delivered. For added peace of mind, you can track your order at any time on our website.

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.
