The flowers were the same as the picture when l ordered, therefore really great, no substitutes. The person l sent them to was very pleased.
As Serenata said, the flowers may arrive tired, but would perk up and after a couple of days were lovely. However, the picture in their advert showed more pink roses than were in bouquet which was disappointing. The rest of the display was lovely.
