Flowers were delivered a couple of days late, but according to the recipient, the arrangement is beautiful. This delay is not a serious problem, and overall your products and service are always excellent.
The flowers were sent as a present. The recipient found them to be fresh and pretty, they loved them. The flowers were delivered on the correct day. Having chosen the bouquet I was disappointed on check out to find there was an extra charge to include a card which I declined. I sent the recipient an email to say to expect a parcel which worked well.

Bloomex had its beginnings in a small local flower shop located in downtown Toronto. After developing a successful traditional retail flower shop in 2005 the owner decided to try something new by expanding into online sales with an innovative business model and a more efficient way to sell flowers. Bloomex was born along with its motto of "Fresh, Fast and Fair." The company goal: to provide Canadian customers with superior quality gifts at much lower prices.

It's a formula that worked, and still does. Firstly, the company buys products directly from growers and suppliers. This arrangement eliminates the wholesalers (middlemen) from the equation which greatly decreases costs and shorter farm to recipient timelines which provides a much fresher product for you, the customer. The next step is to market, sell and prepare the products through Bloomex's own production facilities. Customers can order flowers and gifts online, on the phone, or through live chat with the Bloomex team of dedicated Customer Service staff. This ensures a more efficient and professional experience for every order. Having their own production facilities to carefully prepare and send your order means a better and more consistent product with on-time delivery, to more locations coast to coast.
Company Growth
Bloomex customers are happy with the significant savings and the fresh, quality products. With that consumer confidence Bloomex has grown year after year. The company was able to add production facilities in more provinces and today owns and operates nine across Canada (Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Cambridge Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver). Product offerings were expanded as well, with Gourmet Gift Baskets, Luxury Spa Baskets, delicious Gourmet Foods, Balloons and other unique gift items being added for customers. They have also recently added Retail Flower Shops to their Canadian geographic coverage, strategically located in Carleton Place, ON (Blossom Shop), Trenton, ON (Lottie Jones Florist), Thunder Bay, ON (Rollason Flowers), Fort Francis, ON (Fort Floral Shop), Saint John, NB (Lancaster Florist), Sault Ste. Marie, ON (Mann Florist), Red Deer, AB (Red Deer Floral), Prince Albert, SK (Burkitt's Floral) and Quebec City, QC (Fleur Concept).
In 2011, Bloomex expanded internationally into Australia, opening a production facility in Sydney and continuing it's mission to provide better quality flowers and lower prices. Over the next twelve years, following the same successful formula as applied in Canada, Bloomex Australia has expanded it's Same Day Flower Delivery footprint by adding fully owned and operated floral production facilities in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.
Today, Bloomex is proud to be Canada's "Official Florist" and to serve Canadians virtually coast to coast as the largest and most successful florist in the nation. In 2023, Bloomex saw it's four millionth customer successfully served.
