As I understand it, the flowers were lovely and arrived on the date required - but the card I had written to be enclosed with the flowers was missing. I had used your company to send flowers to another friend the day before and the vase was shattered when they arrived. Whilst you wrote an apologetic note to my friend who complained and refunded me the cost of the vase, two errors in two days is not good and very disappointing for both recipients. With so much choice out there, I am not sure I am trusting enough to use your services again….
