I live in the USA and the last time I sent flowers was in March with no issue. I contacted customer service because everything I put in my cart this time said it was undeliverable to the address. Unfortunately it turns out that just like moonpig flowers a couple years ago, Serenata has stopped delivering to NI. The customer service agent was very helpful and pointed me towards same day delivery flowers. Though I was glad I could still use the convenience of the Serenata website to have the flowers delivered, they were quite a bit more expensive.

How Does it Work
To send someone our gift card, simply pick one of the options and proceed to checkout as usually. You will be asked to provide the recipient's email address so we can send him the gift card via email. You will receive a confirmation email which will list all the details of your gift card purchase.
The recipient will receive an email showing a special code for the gift card. The code should be used when making a purchase at Serenata Flowers while the recipient is logged into their account. If no account exists, it needs to be created before the code is used. If the value of the gift card is larger than the order, the remaining balance of the gift card will be kept in the account to use for later. Our gift cards must be used within 1 year from delivery, otherwise they expire.
