Things our customers say

Jane Ryan

A lovely anniversary gift. My son and daughter-in-law loved their flowers, delivered right on time, as usual. Just one little point - your helpful practice of letting the sender know when the flowers have been delivered didn't happen this time, or last time, either. When you set yourself such high standards, you do need to stick to them. Thank you!

Sullivan Alder

Use often and never had a problem. Good flowers and reliable service.

Jane Cook

Lovely flowers, arrived on allotted day, left on doorstep as per my instructions. Have used Serenata before. Good experience again!

Michaela Balcombe

I live in the USA and the last time I sent flowers was in March with no issue. I contacted customer service because everything I put in my cart this time said it was undeliverable to the address. Unfortunately it turns out that just like moonpig flowers a couple years ago, Serenata has stopped delivering to NI. The customer service agent was very helpful and pointed me towards same day delivery flowers. Though I was glad I could still use the convenience of the Serenata website to have the flowers delivered, they were quite a bit more expensive.

Questions about Pet Friendly Plants

The Sago Palm is considered toxic for pets but an alternative similar plant is Parlor Palm. Parlor palms are non-toxic to pets and feature delicate, feathery fronds. They are well-suited for indoor environments and can tolerate low light conditions.

Peace lily, pothos, philodendron are all popular plants that are not considered safe for pets.

If you suspect that your pet has either ingested or else came into contact with a toxic plant, it's advised to seek veterinary care immediately. Even if your pet is not showing symptoms yet, some toxic effects may not manifest immediately. Your veterinarian can provide guidance on the appropriate course of action, which may include inducing vomiting, administering supportive care, or other treatments depending on the situation.
