Ordered flowers for a friends birthday on a Saturday..Un beknown to me the recipients address was being renovated & was boarded up so flowers couldn't be delivered. I thought that would be the end of it but was surprised that on the Monday a further delivery was attempted & successfully delivered .Liam at Customer service was very helpful & prompt with replies.

Discovering on a Sunday afternoon I needed to send flowers for arrival on the next Monday, I wasn't sure I'd find anywhere to do this. However Serenata came up trumps! Accepting an order on Sunday afternoon and my delivery was received with much joy on the Monday. The flowers were beautiful and the option to add a vase was exactly what was needed (recipient had just moved house and is in the process of building up their household wares!)
