Don't know what to buy or too late to send flowers? Treat someone to one of our gift cards and let them choose blooms they will love the most. Our gift cards are available in the values of £50, £75, £100 or £150 and make a beautiful gift for a birthday, anniversary or just as a thank you.
To send someone our gift card, simply pick one of the options and proceed to checkout as usually. You will be asked to provide the recipient's email address so we can send him the gift card via email. You will receive a confirmation email which will list all the details of your gift card purchase.
The recipient will receive an email showing a special code for the gift card. The code should be used when making a purchase at Serenata Flowers while the recipient is logged into their account. If no account exists, it needs to be created before the code is used. If the value of the gift card is larger than the order, the remaining balance of the gift card will be kept in the account to use for later. Our gift cards must be used within 1 year from delivery, otherwise they expire.
FREE courier delivery
Whilst we deliver 95% of our orders on time, due to the current UK driver shortage there might, on some occasions, be some delays with flower deliveries. Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made. Due to the above, we are not able to refund orders on the grounds of late deliveries. If your order still has not been delivered during this time you are entitled to a full refund, or a resend, no questions asked.
Premium guaranteed delivery
Guaranteed to arrive on your selected delivery date. If we fail to deliver, or attempt to deliver, on the selected delivery date we will refund your order in full. Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made, and should the gift not arrive during this time, we will also send a new one free of charge.
Guaranteed timed delivery
If you paid for a timed delivery option and the order was not delivered on time, we will refund your order in full. Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made, and should the gift not arrive during this time, we will also send a new one free of charge.
All delivery issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery date.
