I wanted flowers for my mums 90th birthday on Sunday. As usual I had left it a bit late but not too bad, I was on the Interflora website on a Friday with the plan of ordering flowers to arrive the next day (Sat), the day before my mums 90th birthday on Sunday, just to be sure they got there before her birthday started and to allow for delays. To be honest I always use Interflora and would have again, but when I tried to order next day delivery (Sat) Interflora website was saying that next-day-sevice was unavailable and Monday was the earliest they could guarantee(!) Panic! I had been getting emails from Serenta Flowers so I crossed my fingers and hoped they would save the day... Next-day-delivery was no problem and arrived in Cornwall exactly as promised. When I asked how the flowers were, even my dad piped up in the background joining my mum on the phone saying they are the best looking they had seen and are still looking perfect when usually the Interflora flowers would have died by now! Amazing. I'll skip interflora next time as I now know where to come.

I ordered flowers online on Friday for my friends birthday on the Saturday, ordering was simple and efficient as was the text messages and emails i received to confirm order and delivery. My friend was over the moon with the flowers, she sent me a picture and they were beautiful xxx

We were saved by Serenata flowers. We had been let down by a large company that delivers letterbox flowers, these had been ordered over 2 weeks in advance but despite that they failed to deliver on the chosen day and gave us no notification that there were having technical difficulties with deliveries. The flowers were for a family members 90th birthday. I found Serenata Flowers in Rushden and was able to order on the Friday evening and have them delivered the next day. Great service.Thank you.
