Flowers were lovely and seem to be lasting well. Gifts are good quality and value for money. Redelivery on second/next day worked well.

The flowers arrived four days after the date they should have arrived. In the meantime another bouquet was sent at no extra cost. this was a most thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I cannot thank Serenata enough and would not hesitate to use them again.

Unfortunately the flowers arrived one day late for my mother’s 97th. She died that very day so never got to see them.
