Product : excellent quality my Christmas flowers from my daughter lasted for 3 weeks. Themones i recently bought for mysister seems to belasting well from what she tells me.. i have not noticed any differencce in the mornings.

I didn't see the flowers as they were sent by me in Leeds to my friend at her mum's up there in Scotland because her dad had passed away suddenly over Christmas. She has called to say they were beautiful and because of the tracker I knew when she had received them. It's good to know you're dealing with such an excellent company, even when you're in a different country. Thank you for letting my friend know we were thinking about her at a very difficult time. it meant alot to both of us.

Service rating : As with everytime I've used Serenata, the transaction went smoothly with no troubles. The delivery driver was said to be very friendly also.
Product : This bouquet was a christmas present for my Mother. She said they were absolutely stunning, so different to all the other Christmas flowers on offer and very special. She said they were very fresh and lasted well into the New Year.
