Service rating : Like how Serenta update you once the goods have left the delivery office and give you a progress of the delivery.
Product : Liked the look of the Twilight bouquet with the mixture of purple freesias and ivory roses mixed all together but unfortunately my girlfriend showed me a photograph of the bouquet but flowers were not mixed together as per the photograph, the freesias were all at one end of the bouquet and the roses at the other end so not as per the picture which was disappointing.
