Good service but website didn't load properly multiple times on pc or mobile, took ages to make the order.

Service rating : ordering on-line was easy, the web site easy to follow and everything was itemised. the only hic up I experienced was the order was for the next day and according to the order this would have reached recipient by next day, this was not the case it was 2 days later and after emailing to find out what had happened, I did not get a reply, fortunately I had a phone call to say thanks from the recipient, so that was the only way I knew they had been delivered
Product : I have not seen the flowers but the recipient was over the moon with them, said they came boxed

Service rating : I have already notified them, but the person receiving the flowers was delighted. The best she has ever received.
