Service rating : I liked the email updates about order tracking.
Product : The flower arrangement was lovely. Th roses were fuller than I expected.i perhaps expected a few more flowers. But apparently the box was wonky and did not sit flat so my daughter had to stand the flowers on their own. Disappointing.
